David S. LaFollette, Esq
Principal
David LaFollette is a second-generation attorney. He received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law and the award for Distinguished Academic Achievement in Criminal Procedure. He has worked for both injured clients and the insurance companies in defense of claims. From that experience, David knows how the automotive and workers' compensation insurance companies operate and how they handle, or don't handle, your claims. He also knows what gets their attention and how to get you the most out of your claim.
David loves building, fixing, and technology in all forms. He is a Microsoft-Certified Data Scientist and formerly an electrical diagnostic automotive technician. He and his lovely wife have two fun loving dogs that sometimes intern for the firm.
Whether it is a car accident, work injury, debts that have piled up, or the need for asset protection and estate planning, David handles every claim personally, and with the careful attention they deserve.
Ernest C. LaFollette, Esq
Of Counsel
Ernest Received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University in 1959. In addition to being in private practice for the last 40 years, Ernest C. LaFollette was formerly in-house counsel for Eastman Kodak, General Electric, and Norlin Corp and argued cases before the National Labor Relations Board. He was later a professor of law at Albany Law School, and then later University of Bridgeport, now Quinnipiac University's, School of Law. teaching contracts, labor, and constitutional law. He received his Master of Laws in taxation. He has been a long-time advocate for clients who need help and don’t know where to start. Admitted in Connecticut and Federal Courts, including the Federal Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court
